Participants will follow recipes, measure ingredients, and create meals together with the goal of building focus, patience, and confidence. Cooking encourages mindfulness, teamwork, and a sense of accomplishment, while also providing opportunities to talk about emotions, self-care, and healthy habits. Nutrition will be connected to mental health learning as well. Through shared meals and creative expression in the kitchen, kids learn valuable life skills that support emotional well-being, resilience, and positive social connections.
