A Slumberkins summer camp is thoughtfully designed to nurture the mental health of children ages 6–8 through storytelling, play, and connection. Using Slumberkins’ characters and evidence-based curriculum, the camp helps kids explore big feelings, build emotional vocabulary, and develop healthy coping skills. Through interactive activities, role-play, and reflective discussions, campers learn about empathy, self-regulation, and self-worth in a fun, age-appropriate way—empowering them to understand themselves and others while building a strong foundation for lifelong emotional wellness.
